At Koshish Child Development Center, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make our cancellation and refund process easy and clear for everyone.

Cancellation:

• If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a session will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start date may receive a partial refund (minus a processing fee).
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the session has started.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request.
• All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
• Please note that any materials or registration fees are non-refundable.
